After-hours, weekend, hospital and printing may add a fee. You will know the total before you confirm.

Hospital, hospice and senior facilities

We do this often and we prioritize it. Call rather than email if it is urgent.

The signer must be alert, understand the document, and tell us themselves that they want to sign it. Frail, bedbound, hard of hearing, unable to hold a pen steadily — all fine. Unconscious or unable to communicate, we cannot proceed.

If we arrive and cannot proceed, there is no charge for the visit.

VIN & odometer verification

Florida DMV Form 82042, completed at your vehicle. Needed for out-of-state title transfers and registration. We bring the form.

What to have ready

Valid, unexpired government photo ID for every signer. The document complete but unsigned — you sign in front of us. Tell us in advance if witnesses are needed.

Documents going overseas

If your document needs an apostille from the Florida Department of State, it must be notarized first — we do that step. Birth, death and marriage certificates cannot be notarized; those need a certified copy from the issuing agency.
