How quickly can you come out?
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available, including evenings and weekends. Hospital and hospice requests are prioritized — call rather than email if it is urgent.
What does it cost?
$10 per notarial act, the Florida statutory maximum, plus flat travel — $35 in Cape Coral, $50 in Fort Myers and North Fort Myers, $75 east of I–75. Loan signings from $125. Online notarization has no travel fee. Full pricing is on our services page.
What we need from you
What should I have ready?
Every signer needs a valid, unexpired government photo ID and must be present. Bring the document complete but unsigned — you sign in front of us, not before. Tell us in advance if witnesses are required.
Special situations
Can you notarize for someone in a hospital or nursing home?
Yes, and we do it often. The signer must be alert, understand what they are signing, and be able to tell us themselves that they want to sign it. Frail, bedbound, hard of hearing, unable to hold a pen steadily — all fine. If someone cannot communicate their own intent we cannot proceed, and there is no charge for the visit.
Can you tell me which document I need, or help me fill it out?
No. Anchor Notary Group is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We verify identity, witness the signature and complete the notarial certificate. For what a document means or which one you need, talk to an attorney.
Do you have an office I can come to?
No. We are mobile and online only. We come to your home, office, hospital room, closing table or wherever is convenient — or we notarize online with no travel at all.
Can you notarize a birth, death or marriage certificate?
No. Florida notaries may not certify or notarize copies of vital records. You need a certified copy from the agency that issued it. If your document is going overseas and needs an apostille, we can notarize the underlying document where one is required.
How does online notarization work?
You need a device with a camera and a valid government photo ID. Identity is verified on a Florida-approved platform, you sign on a recorded video call, and the sealed document comes back usually within the hour. Signers can be anywhere in the world. Check first that whoever receives your document accepts an electronic seal.
Do you do loan signings?
Yes. NNA certified signing agent. Purchase, refinance, seller and HELOC packages. E-docs printed dual tray, same-day scan-backs, drop-off handled. From $125, with volume pricing for title partners.
What areas do you cover?
Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Matlacha, Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach, Estero and Lehigh Acres. Further out is quoted when you call. Online notarization has no geographic limit at all.
