Meet Derek T. Roll

Originally from Pittsburgh. I've lived in Southwest Florida since 1999 and in Cape Coral since 2014 — long enough that this is home, not a stop.

My background is in financial services — mortgage lending, insurance, and working directly with clients on paperwork that mattered to them. I hold an active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator licence (NMLS #2811989). What that work taught me is how often people sign things nobody has properly explained, and how much difference it makes when someone slows down and does it right.
